7 hectares of beautiful Ibiza countryside dedicated to regenerative agriculture, with 3 hectares dedicated to growing pomegranates. The farm also includes two types of gardens, one dedicated to commercial production and one for the family’s private use, an edible forest and olive groves. Finally, part of the land is dedicated to the cultivation of organic flowers and throughout the farm rainwater harvesting techniques such as the natural pond and the design of key lines are applied to optimise the use and capture of water, which is a very scarce resource here on the island. There are happy chickens roaming around the farm and some goats, all-living in perfect harmony.
